This acquisition of a strong operator in the NT seems like a sensible acquisition from the perspective of national coverage. I am pleased that no share dilution is required.
I hope that KSC will transpire to be a turn-around stock in future, and emerge ahead of its peers in a difficult sector. This is a yearned-for hope buoyed by what new management has effected for BYL in the grubby earthmoving sector, rather than a well researched expectation.
