They want "to increase share trading liquidity". On the ASX, the top 6 shareholders own 81.5% of all shares and the Directors own about 3% of shares. That leaves only 15% of shares left for retail traders. Having a London market won't change that!

I can sort of see why they want to list on the London Exchange but it doesn't mean there will be any real benefits and the company doesn't outline exactly how, why or where there will be any benefits to ASX shareholders.
