Unless the Xcel Capital web site hasn't been completed there is something that appears amiss.
The Team on the site is showing Bulseco as the only member, but in GPP's annual report:


More to why I think there needs to be a shake up of the current board - familiarity maybe not in the best interests of shareholders?


Unless the Astron Mineral Sands project has just been unlucky, Peters has been unable to deliver on the project as it has been met with delay after delay, the HC ATR thread isn't impressed.
