YEP, nice to talk about investing strategy.

Us here HC bloggers can learn a lot from each other's experience through the feedback loop, once you find investors of somewhat similar approach.
I totally agree with the " skin in the game" filter. The higher the % the better ( up to a point).
Another filter will obviously be the balance sheet, cash flow, and the outlook.
"the story" or the scope of business is a very important influencer, the higher the barriers to entry, or
The more research and IP are at the base of the business the more I am comfortable to invest the big money. Especially if it's at the beginning of the accelerated growth curve.
