The announcement is terrible though - presents as a lazy afterthought.
How could you not pump this up with more details, impact, market info, reach, etc?
Jeepers - put in a trading halt, build some suspense/interest, fact-load the ann (to gain investor interest), sprinkle some pie-in-the-sky, and release it to the market.
