Do you know reason for the delay? Has Jimmy come up with 'doughnuts'?
The longer they delay the more likely that it is not a worthwhile announcement. I thought SM was originally spruiking a resource would be announced in Jan.
Should be announced if good, bad or indifferent. If it was one of the latter two they could have just tacked it onto the end of the last announcement OR given an updated timeframe with a reason for delay. Probably impatience on my behalf, but if you say you are going to announce something you should do it regardless of result or outcome.
