OK, so, there was supposed to be a rights issue that would follow the placement which was done back in late May, and we're now end of June. I wonder what is happening on that front. Maybe the powers that be wanted the retail holders to NOT participate and have accordingly pushed the sp to below the promised issue price (on the same terms as the placement). Noting that any short fall from the upcoming rights issue will be placed with the powers that be.
