Just further to my last post, the change in substantial holding...

Just further to my last post, the change in substantial holding announcement on 8th November showed that the shares belonged to former director Alistair Wardlaw's family trust, their holding reduced from 19.5m to 6.8m shares. What I'd like to know is - who bought those shares?

Of the other former directors, Gavin Campion still holds all his shares (as Earthrise Holdings) - and his departure was amicable with the board wanting him to rejoin when circumstances allowed. I don't see him as a seller. Ashley Gall held 25c options, I can't see a record of him being a shareholder.

Bottom line is, Wardlaw's the only ex-director who's looking to offload. It could be that he's already sold enough & will hold the rest, but if not, just a few more days like today would be enough to see him out.
