Friendly option holders that will convert by their own free will

Issue more notes.

I would like to think this is already sorted by the company.
There have been no progress reports on revenue.

Question you may or may not know the answer to -
Would note holders generaly be one or multiple entities?

I would have thought that if some one can afford to lend $XXX.xx unsecured to a company then they could afford to convert the options as it would have been part of a stratergy, the note holders would not go into this blind, with fingers crossed.
