So up to $10M NZ is to be taken form the SPP. Given that there were 3,624 shareholders at the end of June (from 2017 Annual Report), that does not leave much for each shareholder. Even if half take up $10,000, that would be NZ$18M. Not much chance of us getting the full allocation of NZ$15K if we apply for it? Seems a bit unfair, really, given the large discount to current price.
