Ann: Kipushi Tailings Project Update, page-61

As my last post was moderated as unsubstantiated I thought I would reference the ASX announcement that clearly details the content. TBH, not hard to find this information.

Bullet point 3 of the 27/3/2018 titled 'Kipushi Tailings Project Update' states -
"Consultant engaged to undertake a PFS on a leaching processing plant, 12 weeks for completion".

This makes today 11 weeks and 1 day from that announcement, and 12 weeks will be Tuesday, 19th June, 2018.

In an interview on stocktube, seen here . Tony is on record to say that an off-take agreement will be signed when the production timeline is established after the PFS. There is extreme buyer interest in this and that they would require between 5 - 6 million to start production.

On the 8/6/2018, an announcement on the child company FEL that Frank Timis has taken a 5% share holding. FEL took on one of CFEs Cobalt assets that plans to use the fore mentioned leaching processing plant.

Every quarterly report for the past 18 months details the on-going legal battle with Frank Timis over the Marampa loan and royalty.
