Market didn't take it is as well as expected. Maybe sleeping on it until something solid is signed.
I would have expected a high 4c or low 5c based purely on early speculation, a company with proven management would have had this announcement in the mid 30c.
There is a lot of 94k USD per tonne Cobalt in that report and a few serious buyers at the table.
