Seems like faith in TS is next to non-existant in the market now days, once upon a time he could step in a dookie, call it iron ore and the market would throw bundles of cash at him. He must realise those days are gone and he needs to deliver this offtake agreement and progress to production.
When he announces massive quantities of cobalt, a high value commodity in an easily and ethically accessible fashion. The market doesn't even look up and throw it a couple of pennies.
Seems like Muller has his head screwed on right and is the best bet at seeing this one realised
