Good result from the study. They have given the go ahead for a $35mil upgrade on the plant to extract the most cobalt and copper out of the tailings vs the lower grade cheaper alternative. Obviously they would be getting that money back and more come production time or they would have left it as it is.

Must be confident in their offtake agreement talks as they would not be able to get the money from shares ( dilution )... Time to wait for the offtake announcement!
