Obviously because of the uncertainty it has been priced down. As soon as some good news on the water problem comes I believe that this stock will shoot much higher. Just have to wait and see but from their investor presentation (p16) it seems like for the first 17 days they have greatly increased production:
"1 – 17 July 2016, unreconciled mined production of 2,235t @ 13.1 g/t Au"
That equates to 941 oz gold for 17 days which seems heaps better.
