re: Ann: Kingsrose Mining - Project Update an... Hi Moorookamick and all,
Well said and a TU from me.
Once the normal FOMC (17th 18th Sept) gold price kicking is over I feel we may see the Gold price recover and continue on its trend.
Either way IMHO I suspect the KRM faithful have a better chance of seeing some good news in the months running up to Christmas than most Americans.
I have done my own share of negotiating in my business life and I have observed many different styles; however, I find the new US one most interesting. Given that life in Washington is run on lobbying and special interest deal making starting the negotiations on the US debt ceiling with a clear intention not to negotiate should make for an interesting and lively debate.
Snippet from link:
Obama said "the last time the same crew threatened this course of action," the mere talk of a debt default sent the stock market into a months-long tailspin and slowed U.S. economic growth.
"I will not negotiate over whether or not America keeps its word and meets its obligations. I will not negotiate over the full faith and credit of the United States," he said.

My comments: Strong words indeed. I wonder if when Mr Obama commits to meeting the USA’s obligations he means: Putting people back into productive manufacturing jobs, exporting tangible goods and earning real money. Or: Printing money out of fresh air or borrowing from the parts of the world that do manufacture for a living that don’t mind taking on less than AAA risk for next to no interest.
Well my money is on the easy option print and borrow and let the next chap worry about the future much like the stance shown by messrs: Greenspan, Bernanke, Geithner and Larry Summers!
Correction when I say my money I mean the method I use to store and protect my future purchasing power and that’s with physical Gold and miners that can get the stuff out of the ground quietly, efficiently and cost effectively!
Like you I feel the KRM management have a generally conservative demeanour; however, under promising and over delivering is to my mind a better option than having some loud mouth forever banging his fist on the table making big promises and delivery so very little!
True Gold-Bugs have had their beliefs tested these last couple of years; however, I feel our time in the sunshine is ahead of us.
Keep the faith and very best regards: Andy
