As the shares are selling ex-rights I assume the rights issue is out of the way. The only way now for participation is market purchase. Quite frankly I cannot visualise AJQ as a speculative venture as the company is materially progressing with updating infrastructure, product beneficiation and adding materially to its' resources. It has sales and delivery contracts. It has huge asset areas in Qld and the NT and now has expanded to a free carried asset in a known and proven hydrocarbon province in Africa. I has very adequate funds to undertake all its' activities. Very importantly it has exceptionally talented, highly experienced and very capable directors. Didn't some company buy a sizeable stake recently for around 18c/s? Yet there are sellers at 7.8c. The mind has a tad of difficulty understanding that logic, but then I'm not in the sellers shoes.
