re: Ann: Kin Mining to Acquire Leonora Gold P... Hi all , As a counter argument to the positiveness didn't KIN management have to buy something so as to raise more cash ?
Wasn't the original cash raising rather minimal which meant they couldn't afford to explore for a lengthy time frame ?
So guessing with a few mill being sought over the purchase price they have bought some more time to sure up a greater resource ?
But doesn't that also imply a much greater cash raising or 2 if they deem it feasible and want to go into a production style phase in a year or 2 ?

I'm not implying with the above that it is a bad thing but with only a few quarters cash left in the kitty they needed to do something .

I hope it is new money and not the start of a major ongoing dilution phase.
