I'd be a cynic in that case. I don't see that back testing as being useful to be honest. They know how much energy will be generated and they have a minimum price/MWh. This has all been known for a while. Anything over this price (i.e. what they've used for the back testing) is simply speculative. I'd rather they didn't provide such information. I'm very happy that they've provided an update on the project and everything seems to be on track.
I'm also very interested in finding out what the D,A and particularly the I burden will be.
For me, this is an investment that I think will yield good returns over the longer term. I am not interested in short-term trading profits due to the sector being in vogue. This is probably because I'm a greenie at heart!
