Scott Mac has ran an impressive operation to date. Stuck to the timeline, delivered in line with expectations and kept cash burn reasonable. I like a MD with a technical background (petro/ reservoir engineer I believe?) who is sound and understated as opposed to the some of the corporate spivs on the asx with finance or legal backgrounds.

Definitely backing the man in here as I like the fact that he also has some familiarity and background with the asset.
