It's because we assume we know what is in the contracts signed, when we really have no idea what they have put in it, and what safety or get out of gaol free terms each company that does business with us has.
So once they find a better alternative, like something that actually has content that isn't free to air, they just switch with not cost to themselves only a cost to all the free work TV2 has done.
