Hi Makattack, by Strategic Equity partner I meant either a large player or fund in the biomed devices space or a potential distribution partner that could see the significant upside once the company starts building it's sales book.
Seems the money will now be raised via a national well known broking firm who have approached KSX and believe the company is ready for the next level......at least this will help give Paul Eisen the ability to build his ex Resmed team who already have the established conections for worldwide roll out of the KSX product suite.
If they announce any sales evidence in the next week or so backed up by solid funding the re-rating will occur.
