What do you mean by Strategic Equity partners? By the end of this year (6 weeks or so) they will have only just over $1mill in the bank (based on current spend) and they need $3mill to progress commercialisation, is that right? If so it makes sense to issue a placement and be done with it. Should be able to push the stock up to well over 5c from here and issue the shares required with minimal dilution.
