If no other information is handy other than the charts they are a good indicator/predictor for possible movement.
The great part about the information you have provided is we have additional information coming regarding funding soon and of course the announcement of a mine starting will also get the juices flowing. So the pending news on top of what you have displayed should give more weight to the movement up and beyond the 8 cents in the not too distant future IMO.
