When I say super pit I'm not comparing Bibra to the super pit in Kalgoorlie, I'm just saying if the gold price is right Tramore could be incorporated into the Bibra pit to create a super pit.
Companies like BRB have been trading on the "super pit" hype and have put numbers on it, ie >2km long. CMM haven't hyped Tramore by saying what I'm saying but it wouldn't take much imagination to see a pit at Bibra in excess of 1.6km long. The difference with Bibra is that the gold mineralisation (albeit low grade) is continuous and has simple geometry. I think people sometimes underestimate the advantage of simple geometry. It is a big de-risker in a mining situation IMO. Esh
