Pleasure Digby, just trying to point out 8 years of approvals, planning, building, man hours and count less dollars need to be factored in as well to the final check. The most important thing being over looked here is the product in the ground, how do we place a dollar sign to that. IO prices will go up and down, history has shown that, Aussie dollar will too.
