Hang in there Steve,
All you can do is learn from the experience, regardless of the outcome here. What did you do right, why did you do wrong, be real with yourself and the experience. Have had a few huge losses myself (most people do/will at some point). Huge losses tend to be the best teachers in the market. Learn from it mate and you will be a better trader because of it
