    1) Inside and out, both possible.

    2) Cobalt stockpile is a consequence of stage 1 mining plan, so its not there now but it will exist once we mine and move the primary cobalt ore to a stockpile awaiting stage 2, along with any other primary cobalt deposits like potentially Monwezi 7.
