In those days when the town is operating off grid, is probably when CCE will be making the most income. Unless of course they sign up for a PPA that wraps everything into one agreement.

Yes, on reflection, the residents of Kalbarri wouldn’t want wildly fluctuating electricity bills.

A merchant agreement would leave them at the mercy of the weather gods.

I would think Western Power would want an agreement that ensures the consumers are protected.
