    I need a rational answer - anyone care to have a stab?

    Situation
    1) Funds raised by KZL at 31cents
    2) It is positive to get funds in the current market situation
    3) This pays for the acquisition to fund further growth - which has been flagged for ages

    So
    Why the sell down?
