    Delays have always suggested issues.....maybe you haven't been around long?
    There are sizeable fractures/ caverns in this neck of the woods, all is not well.

    Same thing happened in EFS when targeted AUSTIN CHALK, and then the contractor who was doing a well for equity....and more recent with Bird well and Radial drilling.
