Well Md1 you were caught, the same as I and all holders with the 10 for 1 reduction, probably in your case twice over. The directors have a duty to act in a fiduciary manner however with these reductions existing shareholders value was reduced to rubble with the benefits big time to the new money. Nothing fiduciary about that but them's the breaks. I've always been positive about the field and am certain it'll be a great producer but will present shareholders again be shredded by management?? I'm tempted to rebuy but "fool me once shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me".
