    The property is turning into a big gas field with little to no oil


    Why not drill some oil wells into the old field and get some cash coming in?

    (maybe its well drained)


    Haven't they already proven through 5 wells that its gas gas gas on Pathfinder.

    None of those are producing any $, HZ1 shut in again.
