They need to convert their eastern leases into mining leases to be able to upgrade to reserves.
Same for their southern leases. The problem is that there those areas have a number of endangered species so getting to converting those areas to mining leases will be a challenge imo...
This is the lowest cost Mn mine in the world and produces 3Mt high grade Mn (44%).
