When they have only budgeted $1 600 000
To build the full scale ponds
Why not spend a little to do real life test work ?

The biggest red flag for me is switching projects
Then trying to leave a iron in each fire

Lake way will be a JV at best and the high lights of lake way make the rest of the portfolio look like crap
I can see why the market ran today
Too many promises
Nothing delivered
