The deal is not done yet on Dempsey, REL have end of Aug to pay up and thats a 50 50 call at best from what I can see... pretty well 0% chance of drilling Alvares this quarter and probably the same this year IMO.
XST need to conclude Singers one way or the other and get on with the much talked about asset acquisions, which will no doubt will mean dilution of some sort unfortunatley.
