The Adelaide Brighton Cement CFO Michael Kelly was an internal appointment to the CFO role in Feb 2010 so he has been in the current CFO role for 8 +1/2 years and was EGM Strategy for Adelaide Brighton prior to being appointed CFO.
Often when long term MD's and CFO's leave at a similar time. Perhaps Kelly was overlooked for the Adelaide Brighton MD role which is currently the subject of an international search.
