SER is moving to block an unconventional TO that would see VXL shareholders get almost nothing. Given that SER own a large number of VXL shares they have a fair chance of success. The benefit to SER is that their VXL shares will no longer be considered worthless and could be sold. At 5 cps that would raise about $1m which is a significant amount for the company.
