The admin spent has nothing to do with how many projects they have, which isn't overly high for a company like Hawthorn. The admin is spent on staff supposedly working to bring projects to fruition and negotiate deals to the benefit of shareholders. I would say there's too many management staff rather than too many projects which have been sucking the cash..
