Doesn't a downgrade to "neutral" mean stop buying? I would think the "sell" rating would mean just that...sell.
DLS is a relatively illiquid stock with a high Beta. The fall yesterday could be some desperate fool although, as the volume on the day was high, I think the mystery continues...
