Hi Pbawley and all,
Many thanks for your comments I believe these ASX listed company management teams need to take a long hard look at themselves and should think how they can once again connect with their shareholder base.
Rather than just make negative comments on these threads I shall suggest a suitable proposal.
As long as this streak of company bad luck runs why don’t the hapless management team share in the pain we shareholder are suffering by reducing their very generous salaries by say 50%. I’m not being mean spirited here when my own private company was not going well I reduced and often stopped my own wage as you are also in private business you will know what I mean.
This I feel will give the management team an incentive to think, plan, target and eventually to produce the ounces of Gold they have promised in the past. After all they set the targets not us as shareholders. Once we have had two consecutive quarters of Gold production based on the previous promises I don’t have a problem with the management team current salary packages being restored.
Possibly other readers and shareholders of this company could show their support for my suggestion by using the thumbs up icon as a voting tool. I can’t think of another way to show the management team how we feel unless people wish to also write their comments of course. I know they read these threads.
Personally I am going to give KRM around six months to lift their game and then I feel I will have little option other than to cut my losses. There are not many but I do know of a few well run gold companies with competent management truly working hard to increase shareholder value. My patience for excuses, missed targets and constant management apologies is not limitless.
For heaven’s sake I have to find the customers, find out what they need then design build it and stand by my product for years all these clowns need to do is get the stuff out of the ground and sell it into a readymade market! I’m not implying Gold mining is easy but if any of these guys are not up to the job they have chosen then maybe they should move on!
Cheers and very best regards: Andy
