Anyone experienced in here could please further comment on these results?

Noticed that management has not been issuing any announcements to the market in the past 2 year. Most if not all progress are contained within the Quarterly reports. This makes it really hard for HAW to be re-rated as the market are not aware of any significant milestones/discoveries or potential of this company, unless they read the quarterly report.

Isn't the company required to disclose to the market via announcements significant milestones to the market as they happen?
