Does anyone else think that they are having trouble selling EF?...

Does anyone else think that they are having trouble selling EF? That they need more time to get a buyer across the line?
I am not sure as I have only been following this share for about 1 week.
I am not sure, but if a company was going to take over (like AUT did with EKA) then couldn't the directors make their extensions a condition of sale?
As AgentM and RichE seem to know so much info on this share, please set me straight.
