    The 0.71 factor I used was to account for sales not yet receipted... As per below statement from 5B, $11.4M in revenue but also $4.7M in receivables (product sold not yet receipted)...

    "At the end of June, Bounty had $8.8 million in cash and $4.7m in receivables. "

    I made the assumption that 100% of thermal coal was sold and that 71% of all coking coal was sold and receipted... which means the $11.4M in revenue should not be divided by the full 55kT of coking coal produced... But that doesn't explain that yeah, $191USD seems high - but the $120AUD for thermal coal was clearly noted - so the back calculation must be right?
