I hope you are right on the plant recomissioning. At some point they will need to get an engineers report outlining work scope and get costs. Matilda plant is half the size and was out of action for a similar time and cost $20m to recomission... Granted there was a major lack of maintenance before it was shut down and put into care and maintenance but still think the BW number will be up there.

It is unlikely MKO will be in a position to restart BW on their own in the coming years so here is hoping that the Julius numbers stack up.
