I have had another look at this and I think a big part of the problem is that there is not a lot worth buying on the sell side i.e. if you tally up the buy opportunities the sell side seems to have about $65K to $66K on offer if you take into account all the shares on view up to .018.

Each step up is around 10%. I put a table in below of what I can see on the sell side and how much it equates to to the nearest whole dollar.

So in my humble opinion a whole load shares need to be on offer for this to move north otherwise the road is hard and risky for anyone wanting to take a reasonable sized punt given the percentage rate you would have to push shares up to make it a reasonable grab.

    Column 1 Column 2 Column 3
0 Sell Price Volume Dollar Amount
    1 $0.009 225000 $2,025
    2 $0.010 291546 $2,915
    3 $0.011 1062542 $11,688
    4 $0.012 462941 $5,555
    5 $0.013 1000000 $13,000
    6 $0.014 202000 $2,828
    7 $0.015 615000 $9,225
    8 $0.016 200000 $3,200
    9 $0.017 678000 $11,526
    10 $0.018 220000 $3,960

Just my thoughts and I could be way off track. But until more shares are stacked in the sell side at the .009 through to ,012 levels I cannot see this sensibly moving anywhere in the short term unfortunately despite it looking like a very good investment now.
