That is a function of looking in cross-section view and they are trying to explain the discrpency in thickness and position of the mineralization between TRL Hole JBDD001 and the historic drill hole J17 - note that although the collar for J17 is on section the mineralization down hole J17 isn't exactly on section - bullet point number 2 near the bottom of Page 7 discusses this.
Minor cross faulting and displacement is common in MVT style Pb-Zn systems, at these depths it isn't a huge concern yet.
