No one wants production started asap, than IFE management.
They also have a lot at stake.
There is a process, DFS/BFS, which has to run its course, and most of it, in being signed off, is out of managements hands.
As I have said before, these things take time.
If holders are disappointed this is not a short term investment, than maybe they need to find something that hits pay dirt faster.
