i think it is fair to say that IFE was always going to find it difficult to ship by Q4 2010, it was a ambitious goal rather than a certainty.
When you consider the hurdles placed in front of it since those initial goals were set, eg RSPT, NTA delays, extra drilling, etc. you can easily justify the project delay.
At the end of the day IFE have the ambition, the management team and the resource. Im comforted by that. Q1, Q2 2011, whatever it takes to get the job done right the first time.
