And what are the terms of this LOAN? There are some unscrupulous rouges out there who might do a deal where the lender is able to convert the loan to equity if the share price drops to a certain level (e.g. almost nil) and would then own the company . . . look at what happened to CMR. Who is looking after the interests of the shareholders?
